Requirements:
- High school or GED equivalent
- Valid ID or Driver’s License
- At least 1+ year of experience within the medical or home healthcare field
- Current CNA registry OR PCA certificate (must score 80% or higher)
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Current Tuberculosis Screening Record
- Proof of employment eligibility
- Dependable transportation

For PCA Applicants
***Please take note*** PCA (Personal Care Assistant) is an aide that is not certified as a Nurse Aide by the state. You must be certified by your state to qualify as a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant).
PCA’s have state requirement to take a three part test. The first test is the one-time test for certification. Results of this test will be submitted as part of the employment requirement. A passing score of 80% and above will be required for employment. If you have not taken your test, please notify the agency for further assistance. (Part 2 and 3 of the test will follow after.)
